Taranaki based artist Fiona Clark has been photographing for the last twenty years. Some of her projects include K.G. Club, Auckland, Dance Party Series 1975, Miss N.Z. Drag Queen Ball & Mojos Nightclub, Kai Moana 1979/81, Living With HIV/Aids, Club 47, and The Other Half. Clark's work has tipped tired notions of documentary photography through her recordings of socially excluded communities. She continues to explore similar areas concerning identity and its social and historical saturation.
